    Welcome to the selection site for the Center for Digital Education's Surveys and Award Programs. Please select "yes" below each program to be notified regarding the contest or survey in which you wish to participate and are eligible based on the description, and fill in the contact information. We will forward the link to you when the survey or contest is available online.



   

The Best of the Web education contest is open to all U.S. education websites, including K-12 districts, individual schools, community colleges, colleges and universities, teachers, multi-class, parent and student websites. The contest is conducted concurrently with the Digital Education Achievement Awards (DEAA). Nominations can be made approximately March 1 – May 1, concurrently with the DEAA contest. The winners' workshop and awards presentation gala for both is held each September in Hollywood, Calif.
 

Link to Center for Digital Education     The Digital Education Achievement Awards (DEAA) recognize education technology contributions at the project /application, Intranet, and infrastructure level; including those that enhance services or interactions. The DEAA is open to educational institutions in ALL countries (some language restrictions apply).  All projects /applications must be in production and fully operational by the submission deadline Nominations can be made approximately March 1 - May 1, concurrently with the BOW contest. The winners' workshop and awards presentation gala for both is held annually in September in Hollywood, Calif.

The Digital Community Colleges Survey examines and documents how community colleges are using information technology to deliver services to their students, faculty and staff. All community colleges (accredited, certificate and /or two-year degree-granting colleges) across the nation are invited to participate in the survey, held annually April - May. At the conclusion, the top digital-savvy community colleges receive spotlight coverage and national recognition. Awards are presented at the League for Innovation's annual STEMTech conference in October.
 


   

The Digital School Districts Survey is conducted annually in partnership with the National School Boards Association (NSBA) in September-October. All U.S. school districts and boards are invited to participate in the study which examines how information technology is applied to improve service delivery and quality of education to public schools. At the conclusion, the top digital-savvy districts receive spotlight coverage and national recognition. Winners are honored at the NSBA annual convention the following April.
